
She’s not just holding on or barely getting by. The Lord has her in the palm of His hand. Why does she look at her circumstances and hang her head in despair? Does she think what she sees is all there will ever be? Does she think God has forgotten her or turned His face away? The enemy wants her to see only the temporal … to see with the eyes of fear and despair. But God wants her to see with the eyes of FAITH – the eyes that caused Joshua and Caleb to trust HIM more than their flesh. Why would she speak words of doubt and give the devil his due? Today, she will praise God, for He is good.
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)
