She can’t seem to step off the treadmill of life … hours pass by in a blur, and one appointment folds into another. In her busyness, she becomes blind to the majesty of her Maker. Guilt is quick to rush to her aid and shame offers a shoulder to cry on, but the LOVE of the Lord is stronger than any self-condemnation! The woman warrior for Christ will take care of what she must, while remembering the One she serves. There is joy found in even the mundane when she acknowledges the presence of the Lord. Today, she will turn her eyes back toward her Savior. Today, she will linger at His feet. Today, she will remember her Maker. Today, she will say, “Thank you, JESUS … I am yours.”
But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. (Isaiah 43:1)
