There is always opportunity to surrender … but why would she? The woman warrior for Christ knows the One who wears the Victor’s crown. The enemy tries to posture and pose, but she refuses to give ground to a defeated foe. It is the Lord of Hosts who directs her steps. It is the King of kings who shapes her world. It is the Commander of Angel Armies who compels her to pray and persevere. Let the saints rejoice! Let the enemy scatter. The Lord Jesus reigns—today, tomorrow, and forevermore!
