She has not traveled this way before. It is a hard path, but the woman warrior for Christ knows she does not walk alone. The One who goes before her, behind her, and beside her knows her by name. He spoke the world into existence. He defeated death and the grave. She will wait on Him! He leads her across the harsh terrain. He lifts her above the pit of despair. He guides her toward the streams of life. The Lord Jesus Christ is her constant companion and in Him will she trust. Let the future hold what it may. She knows her God is good.
I would have lost heart, unless I had believed That I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the living. (Psalm 27:13)
