Her strength isn’t found in what the world calls strength—it’s not in her ability to take charge of every situation or rule the roost. Her greatest power comes from two words: “Yes, Lord.” When the woman warrior for Christ submits herself to God, and aligns her will with His, the enemy MUST flee. Satan doesn’t cower in the presence of a woman who boasts of her own might. That woman is a target – not a threat. He trembles in the presence of a woman who seeks God’s will above her own … a woman who hungers and thirsts after righteousness … a woman who speaks the Name of Jesus with such confidence that heaven heeds her every word. The enemy will always try to tempt, persuade and coerce, but He is no match for the power of “Yes, Lord!”
Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. (James 4:7)
